Hi Reader:
Last week, Adobe (parent of PDF and Creative Suite), held its annual Digital Summit, which brings together 20,000 marketing pros to explore Adobe's newest tools. Not surprisingly, there were a whole lot of conversations about generative AI.
The editors of one of my favorite newsletters, the AI Report, sat down with Adobe leaders to explore what's next for AI. The article, as well as the conference summary, cover a lot of really amazing intel. Some of the most creative minds in the world, future casting. Pretty cool stuff.
Unfortunately (and surprisingly, since ostensibly this conference is for creative leaders), a lot of the coverage read like it was written for tech pros. So if titles like "The Elevated Brand Experience: Orchestrating Discoverability for the Agentic Web," feel a little heavy to digest this morning, I broke down the AI Report summary (and discuss what it means for the rest of us.)

Here’s What Adobe Says About the Future of AI
Last week, Liam Lawson of The AI Report was on the ground at Adobe Summit 2026 — sitting down with four Adobe executives to talk about AI and what’s next. When leaders of one of the world’s largest creative companies are doing AI deep dives, I think that's a conversation worth paying attention to.
Plus I break down exactly what Agentic AI is, why it's the word of the year, and why it matters to small and medium businesses.
